bro, no one wants to build quality home for low cost, I met few architects in bangalore, they are like, whatever I require, if I need 50% open spaces also they are charging same price, If I enclose 100% house also they are charging same, Whats the use of sustsainable education if no one is giving any advantage to common people? These architects build to showcase their portfolio, In reality they dont build for clients same houses. Suggest where can I find good ones that charge me commission and fee not Stupid pricing. If house costs 35L in construction, his fee can be 3.5L to 5L. I am ready to pay. But most Architects I discussed are very shady, they take money from procurement companies, or material suppliers which makes cost of building higher. If a tile costs 45rs/sft online - material depot, where I can buy a box or can go and take it from their store, Architect quotes me 65rs/sft for same tile. And almost all raw materials used are increased by 50% of its original cost of raw materials. What should I do?

It´s time for students, architects, and specially Indian architects to move away from Corbusier and think critically for themselves. Do you really think that house is a good example of architecture? Perhaps is an interesting geometrical exercise for the architect, but is it a good place for living? Ask the owner, specially when it is raining, if that house is a good place to live.
