Tip for scissors you can get a 3 pack then label them one for just paper, one for fabric then the other one can be for opening packaging and cutting plastic tags off things, not tags but the plastic part attaching the cardboard tag to the pencil case or whatever. Your scissors will last longer. Fiskars also makes a scissor sharpener.

Glad to see someone talking about this series, The Murderer’s Ape and The False Rose are some of my favorite books of all time. Was a bit disappointed that the legend of Sally Jones wasn’t a novel like the others, but the wonderful illustration helped it out

Love everything you picked. The Jolly Postman is definitely a favourite. My daughter also loved Each, Peach Pear Plum from the same author and the baby's catalogue from Janet and Alan Ahlberg. It is wordless and she loved making up stories with it for years. Looking forward to the rest of your baby hauls.

We get the school nest grade notebooks also but we use it for a scrapbook of things from the year and on the first day they decorate it with stickers of things they’re liking that year

We read A Little Princess before reading The Guilded Girl and it was fun experience that way. The Good Germ Hotel looks like so much fun!

Unfortunately I also had a similar issue with jackchris publishing. Their customer service was not great. Love the product but because of the customer service I'm not sure I will buy from them again.Great video by the way
