nope, you can only reuse the grip with the trigger unit, including the optics. The "barrel" is useless after firing the PzF, there's no way to just insert a new rocket as the barrel isn't a hollow tube, but contains the initial charge to propel the warhead until it fully expanded the 'guiding flaps' (don't know the real terms) and ignites its own rocket propulsion which accelerates the warhead to about 250m/s. Even though reloading it would be nice, you don't really need to because a hit from the PzF3 is devastating for any armored vehicle^^
