Ran into a great saxophone player in Bara de Potosi, and later Ixtapa on a recent visit to the the Mexican Pacific coast. Julio has been playing in the area and he reports his father, also a musician, taught him to play. He has come a long way and his uplifting performance is a joy for anyone to be around. The patrons at this restaurant are quite into his performance and they show it. From romantic classic ballads to Amy Winehouse to rock to Disco to C&W, Julio seems to have a tune for everyone! Enjoy!
