Excellent video, Ken! I'm headed to Uganda in about 3 weeks and have been watching a lot of videos on the gorilla trekking experience. What I really appreciate about yours is your enthusiasm! I'm also traveling solo and super excited about having a great time like you did. I'm doing the chimp trekking in Kibale National Park and spending a couple of days in Queen Elizabeth National Park as well. Thanks for your tips and thoughts. I saw that you also had a great trip to Panama (and a lot of other places on my to go list). I haven't been there but did spend 3 weeks in the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica. I think you'd really like it there. I stayed in an Airbnb outside of Puerto Jimenez and guided myself around for the most part. I'll comment back and let you know how the Bwindi trip goes! You are a supreme adventurer. The night sky and the stars were amazing. The desert and sands are beautiful but I will let you do the traveling. I felt parched just looking at it. There is a live cam from somewhere in Namibia where there is a man made water hole where wildlife visit for drinks.
