2024 Theme: "The Year of Manifested Visions”

Restoration Centre International Ministries was born as a result of God moving on the city of New Orleans with the winds and waters of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. When Katrina hit the city Pastor Keys was the Sr. Pastor at Greater Bright Morning Star Full Gospel Baptist Church. While living in Bossier City months later confused, frustrated, depressed and aggravated Bishop Paul S. Morton (Presiding Bishop of Full Gospel International) came to Shreveport to minister and Pastor Keys heard God speak this ministry into existence. This church has been called to Bossier City, Louisiana “for such a time as this” to “Restore Broken Lives.”
