I dont know why but i tried the recipe from tasty and mine turned out really as expected, the problem,that it was wayyy too sugary

The first time I made them and they were right. Then the next day I did it again and the my burst on the top. I’m going to try the Italian method by cupcake Jemma next.

And your piping nozzle was too small that is why they weren't lo like video the so next time I recommend drawing on a sheet of parchment paper not wax paper then draw with something circle them flip then flip the paper over

Hey the reason why your second batch burnt is because the oven was already hot so because you added more heat to it so next time if you are ever making macrons again added only 5 minutes then check then keep adding 5 minutes

I think what mistake I made was when I got started and put the drops of macaron on the pan and I did not wait to when I felt it it was dry and I did not get any on my finger so I think when we put the drops and wait for them to dry them feel it and it does not get on your finger then we put it in the oven 🤔 if I'm correct

and you have to let your macarons sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours before baking, and you have to also slam the tray on the table too before baking. I think that's what went wrong.

I love baking, and I just started this summer. I'm not a professional baker but I can make a simple macaron without it being a big blobby mess lol, not you be rude Rose, but that was hilarious!

Hey maybe the heat was too much the temperature should've been at 300 f of approx 140 degrees celcius
