Yes you can occasionally soak overnight but it's better for the denture if you soak with the cleanser for the recommended 5-15 minutes and then leave the denture soaking in plain water overnight. For especially dirty dentures, we recommend soaking in the cleanser overnight for the first cleaning and then continuing with 15 minute daily soak cleanings afterwards.
