Correlation and Coefficient of Determination in 3 Minutes
just a correction e ^ -k not e ^ k where k = (0.5)((x - mew)/sigma)^2
❤
Thank you 🙏 Could you make more content, please?
yes, strategizing allocating more time in 2025!
Perfect
Intuitive explanation of pdf cdf and ppf, very helpful ❤.
I was bad at it and hated statistics because i couldn't understand how things worked. This whole video changed my entire perspective and motivation towards statistics
3 minutes?????it says 5:25 you are a disgrace
I really liked this video ! Totally understandable and conveys many useful details in little time 💯 Thanks !
hey I'm a computer science major in Switzerland, honestly 90% i don't watch you tube video to study, since I think that most of the times doesn't give enough info, but you are very good, you give the right compromise between math and intuition, I'd like to see more and more of your videos. Best Amedeo.
Thank you! That means a lot and I’m working on bringing more content in 2025 so stay tuned!
i have adhd and it was actually quite helpful. the music is great 🎶
Amazing! Just to clarify - between two points on the pdf - going to pdf to cdf needs integration and cdf to pdf (the inverse thing that you’re discussing??) need derivatives correct?
The pdf formula given in 1:06 is not right. There should be a minus sign in the exponent, ie. $- (\frac{x-\mu}{\sigma})^2$.
Why is the value I calculated not equal to the value you showed in the Clip Video ? Equation (3.56*0.00)+(8.49*0.77)+(1.59*0.43)+(-6.67) I calculated the value to be 0.5510. In your video clip, the value was calculated to be 0.571. Equation (4.29*0.00)+(8.36*0.77)+(1.37*0.43)+(-6.34) I calculated the value to be 0.6863. In your video clip, the value was calculated to be 0.704. Equation (3.72*0.00)+(8.13*0.77)+(1.48*0.43)+(-6.11) I calculated the value to be 0.7865. In your video clip, the value was calculated to be 0.812.
Why does most data gives a bell curve?....is it due to the sample size?
Bro keep going. I like how you explain topics You are saving my data science degree thanks bro ❤❤ Greeting from Germany
❤❤
THIS IS FUCKING BRILLIANT
lovely
Ugh math is so confusing 😩
omg... I have taken stats in high school, undergrad, and grad school and they never made it make sense like this.... THANK YOU!
Amazing video
the way i knew this topic was easy but couldn't understand it till this video. Thank you!!
Really simple but exactly what I needed. Excellent video! Please, PLEASE, make more videos! I saw you only have 18 since 2022.
Thank you 🙏 Really glad it helped you! Doing my best to get videos out at a steady rate even if it’s not frequent.
The labels get placed in the wrong location if there are only three different weights
Incredible! This is absolutely the quality of a 1M subscribers channel!
woow
Shouldn't the formula contains a negative(-) sign before the power of e? I mean e^ - (1/2)
Yes, I need to put the errata back in the description : )
WAIT SO COEFFICIENT OF DETERMINATION IS JUST THE CORRELATION COEFFICIENT TO THE POWER OF 2 OR SQUARED PLEASE ANSWER I HAVE A STATS TEST TOMORROW
Sorry bro
Oof

Hmm not sure about this video. Got confused a bit
Don't worry, I may make some more videos talking about hypothesis testing a bit more . : ) Thanks for watching!

I’m a gamer myself, but don’t your calculations show that gamers are 5.67 times more likely to be homicidal than non gamers - even if the overall homicidal incidence in the general population is low? I’m a student of data science and trying to get my bearings. Thanks.
Empirically, yes, but you are comparing such small numbers and proportions that you cannot take it seriously. No statistical significance : ) you cannot take a common attribute and associate it with an uncommon one.
bruh wasted the first 15 seconds
😂
Thank you
Underrated channel!
Thank you so much I wish professors explain it the way you do!
