Incredibly impressive on a laptop thats for sure lol I still love how people think a 4090 on laptop is even a 4080 super level. Its not.
so there is no hope for this game is what Im getting, I was hoping to see that with a faster CPU this game might run better but due to the single core use raytracing is just not viable even on my 5600X3D its sub 60 but on a 7900X3D its the same its kinda crazy (I have a 4080 super basically same GPU) but as soon as RT is turned off I get like 95-120 fps at max settings and for some reason FSR 2 and temporal give me worse performance this game does like to not use my full GPU too 91% is all Ive seen it use that could just be down to my CPU single core if only this game used more cores 😢

Fps is the only thing that's obviously changing while the difference visually are very subtle. I don't like how RT is implemented, it looks like terrains and roads were polished with floor wax

I get excellent results with DLSS balanced, frame gen, RT reconstruction and max settings with both an RTX 4080 and 4090 laptop 1600p res. The game scales incredibly well. I can even get it to hit a pretty stable 30fps on the Legion Go. Nice video.
Because of this noise, I use now a watercooled notebook.
m16 zephyrus 2023 with the 4090 here. My laptop can barely touch 58-60fps at 4k with dlss quality at high settings. Wtf is going on here??? Frame generation gives me 70fps....

I have a very similar laptop(9750H + 2080 150W) thanks for this video man, I was going crazy why I was unable to get a constant 60+ fps on even after lowering my settings, was getting 70-80 fps but drops upto 25-30fps sometimes, DLSS + FSR FG did the trick, now even at maxed out I get constant 100+ fps

Not true. It's pretty comparable to the RTX 4080 in terms of what it can achieve and for its power consumption being less than half of what the desktop variants are pulling, it's not bad at all.

@@niebuhr6197 no they dont, they are a liiiiittle bit better than 4070 desktop, at least mine is, which is a 150w 4090m.
@@positronikiss 175w 4090m is comfortably 20% faster than 4070, plus the extra vram. Undervolted 4090M is faster than 4070 Ti stock, it can even reach de facto stock 4070 Ti Super level. So no, it isnt a liiiiitle bit better.
@@niebuhr6197 Mine is as I stated. Ive been researching benchmarks for 3 months now since ive got my 150w 4090m. In all benchmarks I can see either same perf or 5-8% increase. So not all 4090m are equal. Also the 175w 4090m like the ones from the SCAR laptops perform maybe 10% better tops than mine. You can watch cyberpunk benchmarks there are tons here in youtube. Do you own one?

@@mjm492 Yeah but look at the CPU power - 25 watts on CPU and 135-150 W on GPU. Most 4090 laptops can do like 75 W on CPU and 160-175 W on GPU so obviously temps will be low with that heavy power throttling. But you're not gonna be getting the most out of your hardware. Even my i7-13700HX draws 50-60 W in this game with an RTX 4060 so I know that an i9 could go higher if given more power.
