Tell us again about the software you used to create the “Fender” like logo?

Nice work 👏 I can't get the clear area of the waterslide disappear into the background after the final clear coats, can it be due to an unsmooth surface of the piece?

I faintly recall that the T/A may have only been available as a chrome or white (or maybe black as well) frame/fork, but not as a complete bike, like the Street Beat.

Im sure youve figured out by now, but you may have intonation issues. I replaced the 21 fret neck on a bass with a 22 fret after it got snapped and it won't intonate correctly now. Still got it close enough to be playable, but had to crank it all the way to get it how it is.

My neck and headstock is already heavy gloss. Will it mess it up trying to gloss over it? Will it look mismatch?

does anybody have a link that has pre made logo's in .png format so I can print them out with my own waterslide paper? I don't have adobe or anything fancy to design them myself. I've look everywhere online and can't seem to find anything decent

The Skyway TA tubing was not Tru Temper it was Ishawata sourced from Japan. Frames were actually built using Japanese tube sets and initial production started in Japan before US production got started.

Great job mate. Excellent video. I wish we lived closer and you could help me redo my 1969 Fender Srat. The writing and headstock got damaged when I was at a charity function and a woman left her 4 year old in a van that was still running. The boy got out of his seat and put the van in drive and drove into our stage, damaging my Strat and a bass but no one was injured luckily. Was there any lacquer on the headstock prior to you applying the decal? If there is any should I sand it or add some grit to so the new lacquer stays? Also how much time did you leave between coats before you started sanding?

I got a ta in 84 for my 12th birthday I loved it. Went to see bmx bandits at the cinema that day too. Great video I used to have 2 finger brake grips, cw handlebars chrome frame, I heard they re did the frame in 20 and 24 somewhere about 2005 to 2008 for £479 approx it sold like hotcakes. Just had a white hoodie custom designed with huge skyway ta logo on front and skyway recreation on the back with the racing red stripe and skyway going down the arm (just like their skyway team racing ones) it looks really good and he did it for 26 quid on ebay he can do any size upto 5xl I'm well chuffed with it as it brings back memories of 84 to 87.
