Amen. I agree with the two ministries of Christ and Antichrist, both being 3 1/2 years. It fits so much better than the 7 year tribulation period. The division between the two seeds was prophesied all the way back in Gen 3:15 when God said that he would put “enmity” between the seed of the woman (Christ), and the seed of the serpent (Antichrist): that enmity, or division is the church age. Also, how do you interpret Daniel 9:27? Do you believe that the “he” is talking about Jesus? As it was Christ who confirmed the Abrahamic covenant being the promised seed: also, in Matthew 23, Jesus tells the Pharisees “YOUR HOUSE,” referring to the temple, “is left unto you DESOLATE,” this matches Daniel 9:27 which states that he shall cause the sacrifice to cease (animal sacrifice, by which when christ died the veil was rent in Twain) and because of the abominations (plural) he made the temple desolate of the spirit of God due to the New Testament of the cross.

Another great message from a great teacher preacher

One week is 7 years. Daniel 9:27. The antichrist will confirm the covenant for 7 years. "And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week". So the 7 year tribulation period starts with the antichrist confirming the covenant with the Jews, which allows them to do sacrifices and oblations for the first 3 1/2 years of the tribulation. Then Daniel says "and in the midst of the week (the middle of the 7 years) "he (the antichrist) shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation", So the Jews are stopped from doing their sacrifices in the temple after 3 1/2 years, and the antichrist/Satan then desecrates the temple, makes it desolate until the consummation (the consummation of the 7 year covenant that the antichrist had made with them). Matthew 24:15 15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Hence, we believe strongly that it is 7 years: Starting with the antichrist's covenant with the Jews, allowing sacrifices and oblations in the temple the first 3 1/2, and in the midst of the week sacrifices are stopped and the temple is desecrated and abominations begin until the end of the 7 years.

Thank you, brethren for such a blessed and detailed study of dispensation. If we can’t get the division of dispensation correctly then we cannot get the doctrine right. Doctrine matters.

But Daniel 9:27 says that the beast "will confirm the covenant with many for one week", so how is it possible that the start of the 70th week was Jesus' earthly ministry? Daniel 9:26 is also better understood as Christ being crucified after the 69 weeks meaning right when they were fulfilled, not half a week later already into the 70th?? How?? It could just be that the crucifixion stopped the clock right before the 70th week started. And 1 John says "it is the last time", too, so "end of the world" could also be still applied to the whole timeframe since Jesus appeared, being that the dispensation of grace is a parenthesis and wouldn't matter either way. Not saying it is this or that, because it's a very complicated issue and most likely sealed so we can't be 100% sure, but at least personally I perceive that 7 future years is more scriptural and has the least complications.
