Check Arese, Elizabeth, Glowrie... sometimes you tell them exactly what they're lacking and teach them how to use them incase of next time, there was this guy that was rejected on the voice Nigeria, Waje told him what he was lacking, he went to Nigerian Idol, he made it to top5 abi top 10
