Rahul Sir it is nice. Let me tell you with due respect, the water parameters doesn't matter. I have 40 discus and they are good without any parameters. I know that you are a legend in aqua, but the discuss with me are laying eggs and I have 15 pairs. Please no hard feelings. Sir, I respect you.
Hi ... Thankyou for your comment and please don't call me a legend.. I am just a hobbiest... See I think you are blessed with great water quality in the place you stay... Where I stay we get bore well water and the TDS is more than 500 ppm and in many parts of our Country the water parameters are different... So in my videos I make it a point to mention about water quality and parameters...So I cannot say water parameters do not matter, Because end of the day it's a Life that is living in water... 🙏

No table Salt has iodine... Ideally normal rock salt is the best

For golden arowana always white background,, black background is good for super red and rtg
Background is a personal choice.. there is no rules when it comes to arowana fish.... Similarly when it comes to discus few varieties get stressed in black background... I Love Black background so I used... And you can see also in the video...

What to do when the water evaporates on daily basis and water change and how to maintain salinity
I have used a roof with few ventilation holes ..so the advantage is that during evaporation the salt gets stuck to the roof...I usually push it Back into the tank and regularly top up with RO water... Once a Marine Tank is stable you don't need very big water changes
