omg this acapella that i used is so stressfulllll😭😭 i had to cut off the unwanted frequency and had to compress the audio cuz the volume is unbalanced etc. but i get what you are saying, it does sound kinda off to me at some points of the song. if i have time i will try to revisit some of my mixes. though i had to disagree with the timeline that you mentioned cuz at first i had the same thought, but at the end i was like… i like the half tempo delay 🥴😂 but all in all thanks for taking the time to comment, it means a lot🙏🙏

@@antwo_mashup SZA fits this song amazingly! <3 I actually think it could be really cool if you skipped the first chorus of Doja and went straight into SZA’s part at 40 seconds instead-basically bringing SZA in at 12 seconds rather than waiting. From there, instead of keeping the Doja verse (since that's already in the original song), transitioning into Nicki’s part could work really well. Starting Nicki's verse at the point you chose felt a bit chaotic with Doja’s verse behind it. I love how Nicki sounds on the slower section, but when she speeds up at 2:40, it feels a bit out of sync with the slower vibe of the song. Maybe slowing it down to match the overall vibe or cutting that part entirely could make it flow better. I know this might shorten the mashup, but it would feel more focused-like all meat and potatoes, which is a good thing! The SZA part at the end works beautifully too. Overall, great work! I hope these ideas are helpful, and I’d be happy to elaborate more if you’d like. Just my two cents-I'm definitely not a pro, but I really enjoyed listening!

@@thataquafinagirl wow thanks for taking the time to write it all out!! i totally get what you are trying to say, i also agree that nicki's last flow is a bit chaotic. i guess the reason why i dont feel like cutting the mashup shorter is that i want all three songs to shine but i still struggle in how to balance all of them and make a compact track. again, thanks a lot for commenting, it means a lot:)
