The longer you reverse the more chance you have of causing an accident, the following day the site supervisor told the trucks to stop reversing for so long and drive straight in, this ground in this video is also tarmac underneath the dust 👍

@Johnnyearthworx I agree you should always use the safest method available. Traffic management is very important at all times. I operate both excavators and dumpers.

@@padraig4530 yea it’s making a comeback but it’s better to just bite the bullet and do the CPCS, a lot of highway sites will only take CPCS and I would say NPORS is more for people who already have experience on machines, I think a total novice might struggle when doing a NPORS

I've never had a problem with my npors with the nvq

A fair few years depending on where you start at, working to levels, doing drainage work and grading is where the skills are at, everything else you will learn fairly easy but there are so many aspects to this game you will never stop learning

@@fcesir5013 much shift and loading crushers, especially if you’re loading ADT’s and not wagons, ADT’s you don’t have to be as careful compared to loading wagons. A lot of this game is confidence, it’s easy to over think when your new but once you stop over thinking most jobs are easy

My mate started on a Ford 13/6 JCB late model mark 1 3c and Massy 350s JCB6c 360. He and his brother both held old type class 1 lorry licence including hazardas waste tickets. Track side tickets for railway maintenance and hedge cutting. As well as running an agricultural contractoring covering every aspect from stubble to stubble, slurry spreading and other land management I,e ditching dreanageev headage cutting, and exerlant self though machinical engineer's.

You need to book a novice excavator course, it’s a 10 day training course, do the CPCS one and not a NPORS one. It’s around £2500 for the training and test.

Seem a good machine driver would love to have da ticket for it I can operate them to load wagons and used to do it now and again I was on da tippers for about 18 years around Manchester but now live in Castlebar County Mayo since 2021

@@AndyTurner-e4l from the 3 that you named Hitachi is the best, for me Volvo are the best but that’s my opinion about Volvo. The top machines in the world tho are Cat, Volvo, Hitachi and Komatsu, a lot of people will agree with me on that one.
