@@exploringourwaterways Pretty damn good going 2’-3’ chop nothing bad 3hrs crossing at 25-30 mph steadily. Crossing back 7 days later 1.5 - 2’ footers 2hrs. Lite work for sure!

Fort McRee is pretty neat as well. Great place to hangout inside of a protected cove. The kids love the large sand hills to slide and roll down. A lot of great history in regards to Fort McRee

It’s a trip of a life time for sure Ray. It should be on most PWC adventurer’s bucket list of destinations to visit. We were invited on this last crossing.

Edward, you’re welcome. I appreciate the support & commenting on my little channel. Wow 700 range on your 15F, you were putting in the work for sure. 2020 310lx great find, jealous for sure. Gina loves the older body style 07-2021 model years. We have only needed to replace the belt once from popping during a ride. The original belt had 479 hrs. The belt was replaced again when in the shop having the thur-hull assembly bearing changed (510hrs). That belt is currently still in use. Make sure to keep the idle bearing assembly greased. I still run the OEM exhaust filter. We changed the exhaust filter every 125-150hrs. We ride brackish & saltwater. I change the oil every 40-50 hrs max! I personally use Kawasaki full synthetic & OEM oil filters. No oil consumption still till date 733+ hrs. Never to many questions, glad to hear. Treat her well and she will do the same!

Thanks for the information. I saw your FL ride videos. That is where it all started for me and my 1990 650TS. I was in the Navy and put a ton of hours on that thing covering FL and AL. Hoped to make Mudbug this month but can't. It is on my list tho. I haven't been back to Pensacola riding since 2012. Hope to do that next year. Would love to meet up and ride if schedules allow. I am enjoying the 310lx but did not love the seat. Not much cushion. A lot of heat from the updraft exhaust. Long story but I did a complete swap of seat to the STX160x. It has worked out great. Will try to send you some pics if your site allows. Thanks again. The Jet Ski community is full of some great people!

I have been using Kawi Full Synthetic also. What are you fogging with? I saw JDs video which was great. I have been using WD 40 bc I had it. I picked up some WD 40 gel. Seems like good stuff. Seems to cling to stuff more. Not sure on fogging with that though

@edwardbowles8613 Very good oil, I only use WD-40 from day one and never looked back. It doesn’t gum up the inter-cooler either. I make sure to rev / blow the water out of the Jetskis water boxes very very good before putting away for the next ride.

@CJonesFL. The color is absolutely amazing. Beautiful ski, I love it for sure. Nothing special that you need to know if you owned a Yamaha Waverunners in the in past. Great power for a N/A ski, gas mileage isn’t the best even at cruising 45-50 mph. The ride is & handling is great for a full size Waverunner. I appreciate you watching & commenting. Absolutely correct, but not back for having a full tank 90° and my big ass. Ski only had 8-9hrs on it. It’s already increasing, last weekend I seen his handheld Garmin showing 78+ MPH. Very impressive machine from Seadoo. Thanks for commenting & watching Dreknotz

@@LifeBeginsOnTheWater I had the first of the 1.8L units in a 2009 cruiser fxho, it did 64mph flat out and seemed very fast at first. But you get used to that sort of speed quickly, I’d like to see the naturally aspirated versions doing 70+ from stock, and the supercharged versions hitting 80+ stock!

Blind River Bar is off the Blind River & Division Canal. We usually launch at St James Boat Club off Airline Hwy. It’s about 55 miles west of New Orleans Gregg. Blind River also ties into Lake Maurepas, which ties into Lake Pontchartrain. Thanks again for commenting & watching. Let’s ride soon!

I ran the ski on comfort mode most of the time. Keep in mind depending on how much fuel, cargo, size of rider and even outdoor temps could change the overall top speed. And I’m sure like every other ski, no two 100% alike.

I have the same ski and get about 62. Another variable besides what you’ve mentioned is the GPS signal. This ski uses GPS for its speed measurement instead of the small wheel on the ride plate. Therefore, if you're only connected to one GPS satellite, your speed will be less accurate compared to a ski connected to the maximum of 13 satellites. With that said I’m thinking about changing my intake grate and ride plate for better handling and speed
