Well there 2 or maybe 3 things wrong one are you sure it's in 4WD then your tires suck third not enough speed is the key to get up somethings...

What lift kit do you have in the rear
1inch spacers on top of the coil springs and airlift 1000 series airbags inside the coil springs.
This model is the heaviest of all the models.
Falta piloto
Limited slip is worn out. Grabbing at times but not under full load. Easy clutch pack swap out on that rear end.
Get some better rubber and a little more speed and you got it.
Should do better than that I just bought 2000 with 4x4 5.4
