BAD BATCH SEASON 3 EP. 8 | RECAP & REVIEW
I enjoyed some of the world building and action, but I found it too cliche and littered with tropes that it became very predictable and boring to me. Chris Evans stole the show though and J.K Simmons as Santa was very amusing. Great review!
@@ZachMilneTalksMovies thank you and yeah Evans was funny with a real world reaction and would’ve loved to see more of JK Simmons in action as Santa
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
🔥🔥🔥
Hey that’s my best friend, on the right ❤️
Something I didn’t mention in the video, but I wish I did. While the new Hellboy film gets some flak by critics, it is BELOVED by long time Hellboy Fans. Who love it, flaws and all. And is this movie not for them and love for the IP rather than to impress big studio executives?
Excellent review: very analytical of the work
Thank you 😊
Craziest thing about this movie? You KNOW if they could, billionaires would do the EXACT same thing as those sickos in the movie 😰
@@jazminsalonga1778 not only crazy, but terrifying. It’s like Epstein or R. Kelly…or P. Diddy and his baby oil 😰
🔥🔥🔥
Thank you 🙏🏾
Dang havent seen it yet. Ill check the review after I do
22:20 Laid its load?🤣🤣🤣🤣
That’s another small character in a movie Alex doesn’t like😆
Could you please do Dark Waters? It is a little old 2019 but I just saw it for the first time and I not sure how is not more people talking about it.
Dark Waters is fantastic film! We can certainly add that to the list! 🙌🏾
@@TheBigScreenShow awesome 👍

1:14 THANK YOU WYATT! I totally agree that trailers tend to spoil everything like the one for Trap did! Just COME ON!
Definitely put too much focus on Saleka after the concert part of the film. Should've stopped there when the concert was over and movie could've shifted more on the FBI hunt, Cooper's family, and the victim after the escape from the concert. Saleka overstayed her welcome in this movie. M. Night should've shifted focus. I did like her music, though. I've heard her album for the movie. But her music is the only thing that should've kept focus for her, not further into the story into the lion's den.
I disagree with Alex, Dogpool was DAMN cute!😍😍😍
23:05 made a mistake; this is Hemsworth’s third role as an antagonist: his second was the Netflix film “Spiderhead”
I had fun with this one! Great performances by Alyla Browne, Anya Taylor Joy and especially Chris Hemsworth. Some riveting action and great world building. A solid prequel to Fury Road. Great review!
Glad you enjoyed it! Cast was truly spectacular. Really hope we get the Mad Max: The Wasteland film after this 😣🙏🏾 wanna see Tom Hardy again as Mad Max
I know you’ll do the channel proud while I’m away, Vic & Wyatt. I’ll be watching and when I go see Civil War I’ll watch the rest of the video and leave another comment. You guys got this 👏🏾👏🏾!!
Nice video
Thank you so much! 🙏🏽
Shimo is a girl first off, I know, no time to ask Titan Elsa her gender when she’s tryna kill ya. Secondly, this movie left a great big smile on my face, y’all aren’t wrong😆 Such as Godzilla being a straight up MENACE to every Kaiju (save his wife) in that movie😆 Dude was looking to throw hands ON SIGHT.
Godzilla always be standin’ on business 😂
Great content guys, You guys deserve more 🙌
Much appreciated!
Maybe omega is our cannon star killer ? But instead a male it’s a female
That’d be an interesting way to bring the character into the Star Wars universe. Cause Star Killer is a great character many wish was canon
Priscilla is a she devil, the movie just bunch of lies , don’t believe it
Her and the family just bunch of lies
Blud forgot about Oppenheimer, but I will agree The Creator is an 10/10 film

I was worried it would be overhyped for me, because I didn’t love the first part. This movie blew me away on every level! It is a spectacle of effects, it is was enthralling with its story and characters, and developed this world even more. A masterclass in sci-fi filmmaking. I was floored. It also flew by for me as well, it was paced to near perfection. Great review! Keep making videos, guys 👍
I was bored out of madame mind. This movie wasn’t even so bad it’s good, it was just bad and boring. You could feel that no one cared about this material, with poor dialogue and bland performances. The action was so weak and the villain was pathetic. One of the worst comic book movies ever and worst of this year.
Yo what up Alex its me your college bud
Hey, Dakota! Thanks for checking out our video!😆
Nice video 👍
Thanks for watching 😄
I’m still disappointed there no further use of actual bees…
😂 let it go already
@@TheBigScreenShowI’ll let it go when I’m DEAD 😆
🤣🤣
I thought the characters were the weakest part, I didn’t get invested in any of them, but as far as a sci-fi film plopped on Netflix goes it wasn’t too bad. keep up the great content!
Thanks. And hopefully the characters get a bit stronger and more investment from you in the sequel…maybe even the r-rated cut. But yeah the movies concept and world is really good
This movie was smile-inducing to me. Timothée Chamalet was fantastic, the villains were extremely over the top but I found them to be entertaining as well. Paul King brought so much charm, energy, and charism to the screen through his direction. Hugh Grant stole the show despite having limited screen time and the musical sequences were a lot of fun! Not my favourite of the year by any means, but I found it incredibly delightful and I had a great time with it. Great review, guys! Keep creating these videos 👍
Yeah we loved the musical sequences. Best parts of the film.
Gave the movie a 9/10. Thoroughly enjoyed even the ending. When they played the friends theme song it just seemed so perfect. It didn’t need some 15 minute drawn out action scene. We saw what was happening in the city with the explosions and bombs. Mass chaos. The daughter found the empty safe haven where both families will seek shelter and reside until it all blows over. Idk that was my perception.
Me: Nobody is as big of a fan of Loki as I am. Victor: I am! Me: *Breaks the 5th and fourth wall to point in Victor’s face* NOT SCIENTIFICALLY POSSIBLE!!!!
Great job Jazmin!!!
It was a fun flick
I gave the movie a 9
Rosamund pike (gone girl) and Jacob Elordi were def the two biggest names
She had no personality. It made the movie literally so boring. If that was how she really was, fhe movie shouldn’t have been produced. Her personality was giving….. concrete…
6/10 movie would not watch again nor would I recommend to a friend
The parents allowing Priscilla to go to Elvis’s house is crazy
Like when Drake was flirting with Millie Bobby brown when she was 16
I think the deeper message of the movie is something that shouldn’t have been deemed irrelevant or something not to think about. Barbie didn’t just choose to be Barbie. She chose to “close her eyes and feel” and she literally became a real human, named Barbara. She chose real life and flat feet and messed up hair knowing sadness and depression and thoughts of death come with being a human. Ken realized he could just be great without Barbie even though he was sad bc he was in love with Barbie and for the plot I did want them to kiss at the end but whatever. That’s a message to all the men out there to balance no masculinity w toxic masculinity to achieve an equilibrium. As for America Ferraras character, she actually worked at Matel and drew up ideas for new Barbie’s and characters, which is why stereotypical Barbie kept dealing w all those random thoughts. The healing journey the director captured and conveyed of a teen daughter and her mother was truly touching especially to girls bc we all know we were terrible to our mothers during that time too. It shined a positive and pure light on Barbie and the intent behind the creation of Barbie. Not to make women feel insecure that they aren’t built like perfect little Barbie. It was made to empower women and show that women can do every job out there Or be stay at home moms. The movie re-establishes the point of Barbie by making Barbie a movie pop icon still played by a perfect person (Margot Robbie) but also featuring all types of Barbie’s. There was black, white, Asian. “Weird” Barbie, overweight Barbie’s, tall Barbie’s short Barbie’s, handicapped Barbie’s, etc. I think it was iconic and unexpected. No one knew what the hell the plot was going to be
For anyone who feels that Scott Pilgrim Takes Off isn’t a banger and feels a betrayal to the comic or movie, we urge you to watch this: ruclips.net/video/10i1GbEX7b0/видео.htmlsi=pitjOJrdXrRAI4HH
Nice review. Thanks for sharing, I agree with the assessment of felt kind of rushed to share his story. From an historical perspective it lacks to share the context of the several battles that he fought in Italy, Syria and later in Prussia and specially the invasion of the Iberic Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) which ended up being their Vietnam. From a personal perspective it was so rushed that I perceived him as someone neurotic or bipolar. I am not sure if that was the intention or was the Joaquin's performance. Finally, they shared Josephine as if she wasn't attracted to him. I am not sure if it was historically accurate or not but it makes the movie's main topic a little awkward in my opinion. I do think that a series instead of the movie would have give them the opportunity to expand in details.
Thanks for your comment 🙏. And yeah we believe that it would’ve done Napoleon’s story and Phoenix’s performance better and be more nuanced jf a series was made instead. Like an 8-10 only season that was an hour each.
@@TheBigScreenShow yeap. Agreed.
I really enjoyed your review! I was glad to hear you all felt the isolation and lack of autonomy Priscilla had and how hard it is for women - especially back then - to leave a life it would be financially easier to stay in, where you are married to a major celebrity - but it would come at the cost of your happiness and freedom to stay. I can't imagine being swept up in a whirl wind romance at 14 with a celebrity. I can't imagine how hard it was to be the parent of the girl that was chosen by Elvis to be his stay-at-home emotional support teenager. To be Priscilla and finally be reunited with the love of your young life only to find the reality is short stints of time together and most of the time you're alone and forbidden to exist outside of the house in case he calls for you while he is away. To be kept at home as a pure- untouched version of the woman he always wanted, while he was able to keep up fully sexual and romantic relationships outside in the public eye. Then after years of trying to be the perfect version of the girl he wants he finally chooses her after nearly leaving her for another woman and she is meant to feel like she 'won' by becoming his wife. To then go and live completely separate existences from one another once they are finally in the stage of marriage. I thought it was beautifully shot, and we got a lot of internal reflection from Priscilla's POV by the way they hung on her face or reactions after things happened. I thought it was a really great way to show people how manipulation and abuse can be insidious and hard to identify unless you are in it. I'm really glad to hear how you all received this movie, a lot of people seem to forget this is Priscilla's story and not Elvis'.
Thanks for the comment! Couldn’t agree with you more! This perspective on Priscilla in this movie is eye-opening on how lonely and unfulfilling her life was with Elvis until she learned to leave him and find her strength to be independent and live her own life without being defined by him. You have some great words.
Nowhere near the worst MCU movie. That belongs to Age of Ultron, Iron Man 3, Guardians 2, and Captain Marvel.
What about Love & Thunder?
@@TheBigScreenShow Love and Thunder is D tier not F tier like the movies I mentioned.
no ones watching this shit.
what was even the point of commenting this? Bozo 💀🤡😂
Encore un biopic sur Elvis et pricilla ça va être du point de vue de pricilla . Attention à ces point de vue.
