Hey there! I am Tina, a licensed real estate agent living on Cape Cod. Moved to this beautiful area of New England about 13 years ago. Now I am lucky to call myself mom to my baby boy and wild Pomeranian.

Ive lived here for over 4 years,what a SAFE,and beautiful area!Love Corporation beach and the secluded cottages and houses!If you want to get lost and still have fun this is the place to be!!Lots of Seafood and quaint shops.Thanks for the video!!
So much more affordable like 10 years ago but since it has sky rocketed. Affordale locations such as Hyannis through Dennis along 28 is totally undesirable. Nice clip.
The Wellfleet of Oysterfest is a good take too (although technically not winter...it's mid-October) - the Pelham House Restaurant is good too overlooking the ocean...it's open year round.
I totally enjoyed the video! I experienced living on the Cape in the past and yes, great points and very helpful!
