I'm also going to Phantasialand this summer holiday and I also want to film a lot. But I'm not sure if that's possible, but I can be smart about putting my camera on my harness and hiding it behind me.

If you are smart just put you gopro under your jacket an open the jacket when its starts
I was on a lot of rollercoasters and Talocan, when I went this summer. It was so good, but I didn't make it to Taron. It looks amazing and is a must-do when I should go next year.
