Hello. After Install my WMI I made a huge mistake. Anything after the throttle plate is under vacuum and that is where I installed my WMI. Thanks. I wouldn’t recommend a 1.6t or the N-lines, but the Ns I would. The 1.6t isn’t that great of a motor, but it is a good entry to get into modifying cars.

Any extra vibration with this new motor mount? how is the throttle response?
A lot. I already had the Whiteline Pitch Stop Mount installed and the vibration was manageable, but now with the addition of the TTR Solid Mount, it feels like shooting a full auto machine gun between 1k - 2.5k rpm, Startup - Warm up cycle, but after warm up, at idle there is no vibration. I don't have any wheel hop with the whiteline, ttr mount, stock trans mount, but I would only recommend this if you're on the track.(I daily this car🤣.) If you want to delete wheel hop, I would just buy all of Powerflex products, they sell a pitch stop, trans insert, and motor mount insert for this platform for relatively cheap and it works without as much vibration that solid mounts create. Hope this answered your questions. 😄
