Hi Everyone
I started working at the age of 10 and was abused in different ways which made me suicidal. On my hospital bed I had a vision of healing myself & was exposed to yoga. I instantly decided to heal my body from illnesses that caused me my childhood trauma & dreamt to spread the healing to others in the world. Now my goal is to spread my teachings to YOU to become the Master of Your Mind. Continuing my journey as a Yoga & Meditation therapist, Spiritual Coach, Intuition Medicine™ Practitioner & Rated as “Best Yoga Instructor” in the City of Milpitas, CALIFORNIA for 5 consecutive years 2012-2017, I was humbled to interview Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on Comcast TV Channel, Might As Wellness. I was fortunate to work with Former Mayor of Milpitas, Jose Esteves in building a healthy and stress-free community. I have shared my passion of my work at GOOGLE, Facebook, San Disk, CISCO, LINKEDIN, KLA TENCOR, TECH MAHINDRA, FIREEYE & many more Fortune 500 companies. Now, I am here for you :-)

Childhood Trauma Makes Us Crave Perfection in How Others Treat Us
Do you find yourself trying to get a difficult person to be good to you?
For many of us, especially those who've experienced childhood trauma, it’s all about getting that difficult person to finally be good to us. We often hold onto the hope that if we’re perfect, they will be, too.
When we have childhood trauma, we crave perfection in how others treat us. We start to believe that if we’re just nice enough, or if we bend over backward to meet their needs, they’ll finally give us the love and respect we want. Or, we may end up struggling with serious imposter syndrome, thinking, “I’m not worthy of this person,” and so we keep trying to be ‘better’ just to win their approval.
