I have the Shajarit, Minha, Arbit siddur with Rashash's kavanot in color. I'd like to know if not knowing the internal workings of each kavanah or Yichudim prevents me from using them effectively. In other words, does the energy operating in each blessing with kavanot still work even if I don't understand its internal mechanics? Since I'm not fluent in Hebrew and am far from a community, I appreciate your guidance. Thank you for your response.
