    How is this possible? Every time I attempt a shuttle design for any of the launch coasters, it always valleys.

      You can use LSM hold sections to make a pull up spike:) this thing also just barely works, if you want to make one yourself (please do;)) you can download it for the specific design principles! Ignore the launch track before the spike, it's a backwards launch just for visual appeal but it's not needed and I also grew to dislike it haha, it just needs a lot of testing to make sure it makes it around, but most importantly, to make sure it makes it back through the first launch track! :D it's great fun an looks fantastic though! (Besides of the silly trains unfortunately:p)

    Small note, your block sections won’t work properly when you’re using this thechnique, only the block sections after the spike will work

      yes, 6 car trains required though:) Usually for some reason the game catapults 6 car trains off of the tilt segment *for some reason* but all I do now is catch the train instead of letting it fly:)

      I don't know if a bug is the right way to describe this either, since games usually don't decide to launch specifically one car of a 6 car long train of their tracks haha 😆 Feels like Frontier ran into a road block that didn't allow 6 cars on their tilt track for some reason and they decided to at least get a good laugh out of it 🤣 Anyways, thank you so much for checking my coaster out!

      @shawn41251 it uses the odd decision of Frontier where 6 trains for some reason get catapulted off of the tilt track, instead of letting them catapult off however, simply att some track like with the spike method to catch it back:)

    The start reminds me of nemisis inferno at Thorpe park, it starts with a corner & a vertical loop then a zero g roll into a interlocked corkscrew

    Just looked around, it was @samurai5589 (Samurai Coasters) who initially made the Gerstlauer Family Coaster with spike layout as a Proof of Concept, they were the ones who found the glitch.

    I think it means in the future layouts like Pantheon and Hagrids will be possible. Yeah they'll have to do some code work but it already has the basic bones built in from the looks of it

      They will need very little code work, all code they need is just a switch track that triggers when the train passes over and goes back when the block clears or something, because we already have a working proof of concept swing launch in the current game:) not very usable though since the setup is hell and requires you to give up your second station platform lol

      100% agree! Currently the log flume is the only model that received any updates (the Schwartzkopf even lost it's shuttle launch capabilities oddly enough) meanwhile stuff like the infinity coaster really needs turn tables, or trick tracks on the Maurer Spinning coaster, and of course, launches on old gen Vekoma coasters!:) (but launches on old gen Vekoma might actually be possible already... More on this veeeery soon!!;))

      ​@DotNetsCorner just like you did with the switchtracks, you build for example a line, then delete a piece and build another one opposite to the direction of travel. This way you can have like reverse block sections. I havent found a use for it but with that tactic it might be helpfull

      I don't think they will, this works because of how the game handles track connections by default, they would have to do a lot of extra coding for a basically free feature they know we want, just to add a patch that would make connecting the tracks up like this feel less natural, I am pretty confident they won't screw us over with this one:)

      Nope! This was made before that got found! It's just overlapping tracks:) that's why I can't share this layout because I forgot to slightly offset the overlapped tracks, so it broke when I reloaded the map:(

      I know right!!! I dubbed the drop track spike a "jumpscare track" and I hope someone makes a horror darkride coaster using it:) already got some ideas cooking with this myself:) using this trick we can do quite a few things that have never been done before in real life!

      @shawn41251 I don't think we'll get an old gen Blitz, the Mack is too similar to it, and they did give us old gen track connector supports in update 1 actually! I personally don't think this is a bad decision on their end and I mostly am looking forward to a new gen Blitz!:)

      You're welcome! I already have a team of 2 (me and one other guy XD) trying to find a solution! We already have a working proof of concept that shows the train CAN spike without needing to stop afterwards but it requires a second train setup, but progress is being made:)

    Little update: I discovered that you can actually make the train go onto a spike instead of the "stop track" nehind the switch. I also discovered the switch track element is probably the only piece that could get this to work. I got so close that it *would* work if we found a way to trigger the switch track from a distance/on a timer/without making the train stop somehow. The most likely being activating the switch somehow without actually going onto its block zone tracks:)

    It appears the dual launch piece is broken on one of the rides. I was trying to recreate Mr freeze and I simply can’t. Thank you for the spike advice. I hope they fix the dual launching piece and we can have real spikes

      @ I’ll have to boot game. It’s on one of the launch coaster types. It will let you select reverse launch speed and forward launch speed but I can’t get it to work. Give me 20 minutes

      Did you build the turn table backwards? This video was literally recorded yesterday, I actually built one just a few minutes ago XD Maybe if it helps check out the full tutorial on the channel:) (btw, there have been no patches yet)

      @@richmountain1128 yeah but since most if not all the new tracks in this game have the same size I am sure they'll add interchangable coaster trains sooner than later:) I am very confident in Frontier after the amazing recovery they have been making and their great efforts to make sure we're happy, so I will give them all the time untill they stop working on the game XD

Keep in mind I didn't find this but I did find the switch functionality (originally it was only found for turn tables haha) Feel free to share it on the subreddit! all tough I already did so myself, my post has been online for hours and has been mostly ignored by everyone haha, it probably is because of the title...     Hey guys! I just wanted to let you know that I won't be able to share this on the workshop unfortunately! If you stack tracks perfectly on top of eachother the game can get confused and connect them incorrectly when reloading the map, so this coaster broke! Feel free to take this concept as inspiration though! This should work if you simply select the entire lay-out and slightly ahift it to the side just to make sure the track connections aren't in the exact same position anymore! I hope this inspires your own whacky custom multiverse coasters! More coming soon:)

    Let’s be real tho planet coaster one everyone was begging of water parks and now we got them so I’m happy a theme park is nothing without water slides
