Music copyright society of Kenya (MCSK) is a non profit collective management organization (CMO) that administers the rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers or musical works in Kenya since 1983.

MCSK Chairman Dr. Lazarus Muli speech during Dr. Ezekiel Mutua, MBS father's burial ceremony.
The Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) family, led by our National Chairman, Dr. Lazarus Muli, and joined by Board of Directors Joseph Shisia, Japheth Kassanga, OGW, John Katana, Simon Kariuki, and John Mwangi, together with members from across the country, management, and staff, stood in solidarity with our CEO, Dr. Ezekiel Mutua, MBS, and his family as they laid to rest his beloved centenarian father, Joseph Nyithya. The burial ceremony was held at their family farm in Nguluni (Kaloleni) Village, Mwala, Machakos County.
Our heartfelt condolences to the entire family. May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
