No football is played on instinct anymore. All these kids have short passing the ball on the floor in their heads over and over again. Its probably been drilled into them but there's zero dribbling, individual attacking or penetrative instinct. Its sad to see. No defender is expecting it either. The game seems to be about finding a passing route back to your own goalkeeper nowadays as if you get a point for doing that. No one can do a cross field pass and as soon as they get to the final third they suddenly lose the passing ability they display around their own box. Its all bloody back to front. It's like they get tennis elbow in their feet when it comes time to slide that decisive pass in and back they go or they delay and hold the ball and for some reason work themselves back into traffic when they already had an opportunity for a through ball or a shot. Round and round again and again the same shit to try to walk the ball in the net. Don't shoot, don't score, don't slice a defense don't get a chance! Simple!!!

Looks like a few Apia players didn't get an official birth certificate, Islanders/Africans who are playing under 13 reps as adults... Saw plenty of them when I was playing reps as a kid.
