It's nice for the price and area, do you think bids will go far above ask? Seems a little low priced, any home inspection issues?
I don't honestly! Not given the current state of real estate market. I do however, think it's priced well to sell. There isn't really anything major listed on the seller's disclosure, but no inspection done just yet that I have a report of. Would you like to schedule a tour and go see it in person?

Sorry but I'm almost sure this house has to be still on the market. Its not gorgeous but lovely updates. Not worth just under 400 though. All that and no tub?!?! Although it looks great but I think they over extended themselves on the kitchen, baths and flooring.

Love the two dining areas sandwiching the living, makes for great entertaining flow. Agree though that it could easily be an extension of the living room too.
Very pretty home, just needs some new flooring and paint, I wish I could get such a nice house in my area!! That would be around 700K where I live!
Interesting how the market is so different in different areas, isn’t it? San Antonio is a quite affordable bubble within Texas!

What more could you ask for? Cost and the HOA fee if there is one. Lovely home though.
This one is listed at $579,900, and HOA fees are $800 annually.
Great showing, thanks for posting!....A very attractive starter home. The backyard is a very nice size & pvt. This won't be on the market long.
If you could, mention if the homes you showcase are or or not involved in an HOA area. If they are in an HOA area then how much and is or if it's annual, quarterly or bi-monthly payments. Love the way you show homes though. Great job.
