Thanks for sharing! Preparing for my second unmedicated labor. They gave me pitocin after birth to prevent hemorrhaging and they also got the placenta out but by then I was so mentally checked out from my long labor and delivery that I don’t remember what any of that felt like. I also didn’t want the pitocin after but thought better safe than sorry

Getting stitches with out local anesthetic in first 30 minutes did not work for me with first baby

With one of my births went from 6 to 10 in 10 minutes after midwife broke water

Water is the best. My labor DID progress even when didn't feel like it in the warm water

Never never use a debit card for anything use a credit card. I found out the hard way because then they can drain your checking account, where is it’s much more easy to dispute a credit card charge and they will win for you, and they give your money back immediately while they are investigating.

Could you try the chapstick moisturizer original. It is the one in the blue wrapper. It has spf 15, vitamin D and aloe. It is super easy to find

I have 2 GSDs and 2 Huskies. DO NOT use the furminator often. It is a blade and damages their skin and fur, I'm a professional dog groomer. Use a proper deshedding brush instead. Using an furminator more than once a month is animal abuse.

You could try Bar Keeper's Friend powder on those racks. If it is rust or gunk it will probably take it off. If its deterioration, nothing will help that.
