I hope you're doing alright man. You're not lazy for feeling stuck and not getting things done, that's just your anxiety and self depreciation thoughts. I struggle with the same thing and its a long process but you just gotta take one step at a time. Don't worry about not seeing results, its about taking the effort to achieve your goals through continuous effort(look up Atomic Habits book to help). You reach your destination by putting one foot in front of the other, one step at a time, you gotta learn to walk before you can run. Just focus on doing the things you are passionate about and don't worry about the results, live your life doing what makes your soul happy. We only have one chance at life, best to make the best of it. I hope this helps, I'm rooting for you. I'll be back here in a year with you and we can both see how much we've improved.
