Dr John ,Dr Kannan,Dr Benson ,Dr Sajith ,Dr Suresh and the entire cardiothoracic team includes theatre,ICU and HDU are amazing at BCMCH .Our Doctors are like five fingers of a hand,they work together,get opinion from each other, they are highly skillful ,dedicated,they work with humanity,kindness and patience . They are not at all business minded. The entire team which includes nursing,allied health etc are of same wave length. I worked many years in India and even overseas .I have seen many advanced technologies,But never seen such doctors in my life,they are a team,they are great,no words to express my words for them. I got the privilege to work with them as a nurse in the same ICU for three years from 2018 to 2021,where you were cared.That was the most memorable and comfortable experience in my carrier. What you said is really true,we will not leave the patient beside for any reasons,very alert and vigilant even in night hours.Thats how we are instructed by our surgeons and intensivists to avoid any complications after surgery and provide comfort for the patients during their difficult time.. Even you will see intesivist( Dr Benson and Dr Sajith )in the ICU for most of their hours.24*7. I wonder when they sleep and take rest for their own. Our doctors care not only the patients,but the relatives as well.I myself witnessed many times doctors they pay money from their own pocket to buy food for the patient's relatives those who appear needy. They make necessary arrangements for relatives to rest,sometimes patients come to hospital in emergency ,where the relatives are not prepared for any hospital stay. Additionally,they respect each colleagues and value everyone in the team.They trust their nurses. Currently,I am not working at this place,don't think it's a promotional comment,what I wrote is from my ❤️.I love this team.That was my only comfort zone in my carrier.If the team is good ,the work is easier ,though it is busy. This team is great .I wish all success for this team .If anyone needs cardiothoracic treatment,this is the best place you can choose,you will never regret for sure. These five fingers with their team will render the care at its maximum they can.You will get a holistic care. They are the hands of God in the form of human beings..at Believers International Heart centre located in the heart of Thiruvalla.❤ S Thomas

I was admitted in belivers hospital 3 weeks before for a major surgery. Before admitted to hospital, from inshurance office, they told me approval came from star health office.so I admitted in private room and surgery was done.During discharge time, they told my inshurance rejected at 8 pm. This is not good.I felt very bad.

Everything good, except discharge formalities. Patients with critical stage(eg paralysed/) will hv to wait till 8./8.30pm to get discharged, even though their account is settled in cash payment. Admin/accounts departments to improve a lot. Please take this as a suggestion
