This is my style, been powerlifting for 24 yrs now and getting ready for 50th meet in March in new age group of 65-69. But how about you, do you powerlift? Do meets?

@cashyonturner9669 I don't think so, there's a 45 pound plate on each side as well as a 10 pound plate each side so add that up. Oh yeah, the bar is another 45 pounds, so let's see 👀 155 pounds total.

Instead of trying to do with weight maybe practice doing reps of one or two perfect that’s not a dip she need to go deeper down
lol, won't add more weight until I am able to fully do a full range on this movement and just so you know I haven't done this is years and now back to them without a band and again will grow over time on this. When I last did these years ago I was able to do pounds with weight plates so its all good and I am a 20+ yr powerlifter so thanks for your comment but I got this

Chains Chains can be used to change the strength curve of a lift, which is the amount of force produced over a range of motion. At the bottom of the lift, the chains are on the ground and provide little to no resistance. As the bar moves away from the ground, more of the chain comes off the ground, adding weight to the bar. This can help you work through weak points in your lift, such as if you can only press 300 pounds off your chest but can lock out 360 pounds. With chains, you can adjust the weight to be 300 pounds at the bottom and 360 pounds at the top, allowing you to use a full range of motion while still challenging yourself. Kettlebells Chains can also be used to add variable resistance to kettlebell drills. For example, you can attach a chain to the handle of a kettlebell with a D-ring for a chain get-up. Because chains follow gravity, they get heavier as more links are pulled off the ground, allowing for a heavier final position than the start.

Yes we do, now the rest of our home is fine but when I dry my hair and it is now at that middle of my back it takes time and gets hot. So this helps a lot

@jacobkelley6382 it's not for everyone, I agree. But I eat only plant base meats and plant base milk and plant base butter. Lots of fruits, berries, and such. But food choices are so personal. I would probably feel the same way with some of your food choices. However, as you know, to each their own.
