Finally got moved into the new house. Super excited to show you guys my show tank, it couldn’t have turned out any better in my opinion.
150 gallon all male peacock and hap aquarium.
Filtered by (2) Fx4’s and (2) Fx6’s
800w hygger heater
72” led light

Little update on the fish in the show tank Before anybody says it, I’m aware that my tank is boring without decoration haha I’m awaiting my 3D background to come in, so I removed all decor for the time being. Fish are happy and healthy! Growing fast and coloring up like crazy! Tried to give you guys a closer look this time, hope you enjoy! Stay tuned much more coming As always: Like and Subscribe!

Just wanted to give a little update on the OB fry. Lots of color starting to come in on some of the males. As soon as they’re large enough they’ll be for sale. Shouldn’t be too much longer. Stay tuned for more updates as they grow!

Quick tour of my current setup. Nothing spectacular but it’ll do for now. I’ll be expanding to a rack system and expanding my breeding setups in the future. Little update on the 125. Everyone is growing like a weed. Added a couple more star sapphires and a few smaller OB’s. Everything has been smooth and nobody is fighting. Tank is filtered by two FX6’s. Substrate is black diamond blasting sand. Fish are fed Cichlid Shef formulas. If you are looking for something to make your fish’s color POP it’s the way to go. I personally won’t ever use anything...

Switched these guys from the 75 over to the 125 gallon. The transition went smooth and everybody’s looking amazing. They are growing incredibly fast and really colored up now! Stay tuned for more videos and updates. Hope you enjoyed! Like Subscribe!

Here’s a little update on the 75 gallon. These guys are growing very quickly. Colors are starting to POP everywhere. Added a few more to the group. Flavescent and Walteri. You can see they are a little nipped up in the video, they had a rough introduction but are doing great now and have settled in. Will be picking up some star sapphires this weekend as well. Tank is filtered by fluval 406, fx4...

Sold off majority of my mbuna and switched to peacocks and haps. Mostly OB’s. These guys will soon be going into a 125 or 210. This is their temporary setup, let me know what ya think! where did you buy them?
Mostly from local breeders and shops near me, STL. I’m lucky to be close to so many different places to get fish from
I pesci sono bellissimi ma la vasca non mi piace , la trovo spoglia, quasi misera nonostante la grandezza che permette di dare largo sfogo alla fantasia.
Good tank .. would be better to overstock it a bit

Yes. I wanted to give them as much swimming room as I could without having no decor. The sand they move around as they please

I also have a 75g African chiclid tank, but I like to keep my aqua scape to a minimum. I even got rid of my 3d background. It used too much room and my fish would hide too much behind it. Nice set up

Beautiful fish. I was thinking about adding some male Haps to my 75G (the ones that only grow to 6 inches max). But some people say forget about it because of my Mbunas. Subscribed

Need a bigger tank
They have a 125 waiting for them to go in. Also, it is actually beneficial to overstock african cichlids due to aggression. The more fish, the more the aggression is spread throughout instead of singling out one fish.
The tank is large enough as long as he's keeping up with maintenance.
