It's actually a high fat breakfast..looks yummy but not high protein at all.
Very high protein. The cottage cheese is 25 grams of protein and along with the egg it’s over 30 grams of protein. So yes, a high protein breakfast!
What are credentials? Apparently none…

@@healthylittlepeach where did you buy cottage cheese with such high protein? half cup of cottage cheese has about 14 grams and it looks like thats about the portion size here

It's chili flakes getting fried, they just become dark when fried, but they are not burned.
That's really great stuff when made thick and loaded with meat and the sauce just right

I like to do this with the Pillsbury chocolate cake mix and then I sprinkle some sugar on top before I bake it. And soft cookie in a positive way
