I love this bike. Someone that hates me said this looks like a $10000 bike. i can hit 40 if i have duel motor but only 30 if its single. The battery will die quick at level 5 but its definitely worth it regardless.

All I have got left is a massive hope, to get back to being who I was some 8 or nearly 9 years ago? Cause unfortunately I have forgotten everything which includes me being able to ride a bike! Because I haven't gone yet, I wonder what has happened to me??

Who did you buy your bike from? I bought mine from ebycco via amazon. There CS was top tier! I had no problem with support via email from them. They were quick and professional. My 52V 23A battery would show fine after charging but would show dead after 4 days. I took some videos showing the battery status and pictures and also had my Amazon order #. They determined the battery was faulty and sent a free replacement. I tore the old one apart to troubleshoot and found a circuit board on top of battery assembly that seemed at fault. With the board disconnected, voltage was restored. But because this board may provide some kind of safety regulation and part of the charging circuit? Will be hazmating it. The new battery holds a charge. As far as forgetting, pw. Your SOL. If there was a way to reset it, it would make it much easier to steal and reuse. Buy a new display after proving ownership. When you forget your gym locker combo, did you ask masterlock how to reset and open it without a combo? Chalk it up to lessons learned and move on. I picked a date I could not forget related to my family.

After many hours of reading, researching, and watching RUclips videos, I've decided on the EB10 as a Christmas gift for our kid. I'm quite concerned about the high top speed, however. We live in an area with some gnarly hills. Without spending $3,000 or more, you guys are the only ones I'm confident are up to the task with power and build quality from what I can tell. Oh, and I'm still waiting for the other videos in the series!

I am in a situation where I don't know why I cant ride my pushbike at all? But I am very lucky to still be here, which makes me why I dont remember anything about what has happened to stop me from walking without an implement I think is called a walking stick? I just hope that cause I unfortunately dont remember anything about whatever has happened to me? I still help you all to smile?

Are there options like baskets, & fenders for this model?

This model looks powerful BUT you didn't show how well it goes up long inclines without needing to peddle. That is what I need it for. Thx, Tim

I'm planning to buy an Ebike and this is one of my selections. I'm glad everything they advertise is true. Just to nitpick can you use your phone's gps to determine if the spedometer is accurate or at least make sure they have the correct wheel size in the settings. Thank You.

So I ordered this exact bike and model off of Amazon, my order did not come with the rear tire or a fucking light like it’s supposed too. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

My fork not working when I tighten the bolts it gets stuck. The spacers are correct like a video

Why in the book it says to add the spacers inside the forks but on the video all it shows is the one silver washer and the two black washers and the two bolts the only thing that keeps the front tire on securely I’m assuming the two spacers was just for safety and packaging purposes

I am a new owner assembled today! Funny they connected an orange cable to a yellow in the video. All colors should be the same for each connector. They have guide tabs/grooves as well as arrows to help align. It may take a little pressure to get started. Warning!!!!! One of the back cargo carrier, bottom support allen bolts was in so tight I stripped out my wrench trying to loosen. Don't force it. I used large vice grip on super tight to break free. The inside was not buggered that bad, so I used it. The top forward support bolts go into aluminum. It's very easy to strip out. Take your time. I bent the brackets slightly to have a flusher fit instead of an angle to relieve stress on bolt. The one I stripped was a M5-80. I replaced it with a 20 SS length bolt ( barely fit), and you can't use any longer. 15 is probably better. I only stripped out 1/2 the threads. Don't torque, just slightly snug. If worried, use locktite blue, not red!!! You "should" be able to charge battery with power switch off as brick light turns red. See the bike manual, not the charger booklet. Mine came with a different headlight than in the video, so the fender bracket had to go in front of the light bracket. There is really no good place for the phone charger. I mounted on the right side close to the shifter, so when closed on the phone, I can see all of the shifter. Don't buy a plastic bike alarm, that's idiocy. If I was stealing one, my first action would be to smash the alarm with a hammer real hard so it never went off, just to pieces. I bought two metal motorcycle disk brake alarms. They don't clamp in round holes, but through large open area. For the back, I clamp the bottom chain and top chain, just behind the front sprocket to the horizontal fame going to the rear tire. Then I will use my extended NY Kryptonite lock with long braided cable and after-market improved Kryptonite mount. But I never plan to park it away from home. But prepared JIC.

No top speed test on motor only. Most important test. I have same setup on my bike, it does 39mph throttle only. Goes up any incline that you can walk up and some you can’t.

You may need to use a torch to heat the screws to break them free. I used a kitchen torch and it worked just fine.

About EB 7 Pro ebike: I see inconsistent information from different pages, do you have some video showing the voltage of the battery for EB7 Pro ? Is that 48V * 22.4 Ah or 52 V * 22.4 Ah?
