What should have been a Windermere end to end 11mile (18km) swim changed to 10km (5km out and 5km back) swim The event i was doing was cancelled the morning of the swim and after all the training and effort to get there i was determined to get some kind of distance in so my husband i went it solo. Beautiful swim.
