I actually now own the SLA047J1 MM300 and as much as I love the Strapcode bracelets that I have on a couple of my watches I’m actually loving the stock bracelet on my Marine Master.

Just purchased a LTD ED 140 year anniversary one. Have to say this is the best review I’ve seen yet. Hope you’re still enjoying yours.

You don’t have to remove the Pelagos 42 from wrist, as it’s clasp system stretches to the desired size

I have a tiny baby wrist and I wear the Marathon jumbo CSAR which is 46mm

I doubt you remember, but I commented on your Marathon video a couple of years ago, which was instrumental in my purchase of it. I've come full circle and added an SLA023 to my collection, with the updated shoehorned, 3 o'clock lume pip. Still in the honeymoon phase, but I feel like it entered my collection at the right time. I don't think I could have appreciated it a few years ago

So if I buy this keyboard, it will also come pre-lubed by someone else and with replaced keycaps, right? Because otherwise the title needs to mention this keyboard has been "MODIFIED". Otherwise it gives false impression of stock keyboard sound test.

I, like you, use dive watches to dive! Not as my primary timing device but I use it as a backup and, of course, to tell the time. Thanks for your time!

Mil spec marathon used is kinda joke actually. shame they still saying “mil spec” that’s only thing they advertise. I just read through mil-prf-46374g. every casio or timex will be mil spec. marathon really need more innovation.

it's a shame that the 23 and 13 inside the watch is not symmetrical with the number 19 and 17..

They change the names after they was sued by Rolex.

I purchased a Boyer O for my turtle & hv been happy with it. Now thinking of getting another strapcode for my Samurai as well….

Those safety clasps on some watches, can work their way open (my Orient supplied one was useless). So it's not a bad thing that the Strapcode clasps are missing them.

I much prefer pin and collar. You are only going to adjust the bracelet once. It’s more secure and more integrated with the bracelet. Screws are a pain, can get stripped, can come loose, and look stupid.

Also I love how you mentioned that a g shock works just fine as a dive watch. In fact, navy seals are literally issued with a g shock to be used as a dive watch. Most people forget about g shocks when it comes to dive watches

How most divers use their dive watches: they don’t. That being said, as a watch enthusiast who loves the ocean I love diving with dive watches, even if it is somewhat unnecessary.

Purchased a GSAR 41mm Arctic a few hours ago. To echo what people say, it is much, much slimmer than people realise. It looks mahoosive in the videos, but in real life it's fine. I was thinking of getting the 36mm, but the 41mm was fine.

It's actually 36mm case.....39mm including the crown. The watch is tested to 50 meters. Swimming should be fine.

Great video I have a couple of MSAR's and LumiNox ICE-SAR and I feel they are very bright I can see them glowing from across the room.

Pictures don’t do GSAR’s justice… they’re much slimmer and svelte than most people realize. Thanks Depending on manufacture year, the crystal is ar treated (proprietary) to cut down reflection, per mil-spec commission. Vs Hamilton that aren’t mil-spec proper and has zero ar on their crystals. And Marathon replaces the gtls when sent in for service when needed.
