There’s no MV for this, it’s a B-side, but a widely beloved BINI song, arguably one of their best songs. This song especially highlights the group’s harmonies. It’s like listening to a choir 😍. If you prefer no vocal edits, which they do on the Wish Bus unfortunately, I recommend their performance of this song on Rappler, it’s 100% raw vocals. Also as you pointed out, the 2 BINI standing at the left (Colet, Maloi) are their 2 main vocalists. The one standing opposite right (Gwen) is their lead vocals. The one sitting second to the left (Jhoanna) is the other lead vocal (but technically their 3rd main vocalist).

Good reaction.🦊🤘 'Karate' was the lead single for their second album (2016). It is about fighting adversity, when life knocks you down and everything seems too hard so you're hurt and crying, its about standing up and fighting on, helping each other through the hard times. They used karate to illustrate this because as a Japanese martial art it reflects their culture - as with a lot of their songs it is also about always moving forwards. In the video the figures in white were the girls all along and they were conjuring up their own inner demons to fight against. They beat the first, the second knocked them down but they got up to eventually defeat themselves (did you notice the reflections of each of the girls in their own eyes when the masks shattered and it was revealed as them? Not many people spot that). They did watch a lot of martial arts movies to get ideas for the choreo as they wanted it to look as authentic as possible (but they are not martial artists). Moa catching the fly was a nod to Mr Miyagi in The Karate Kid. Mr Miyagi may have used chop sticks (and it may have taken him two or three films before he caught one), Moa caught her fly with her eyes closed - first time. She also let it go, we all know Moa is the sweetest person on the planet and she wouldn't hurt a fly. This song and video won 2 awards. "Best Metal Video in MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2016" and "Best Metal Song in 6th Annual Loudwire Music Awards".

But that main riff comes out from nowhere and hits you like a bus.And it hits harder live, of course. 😁 This music video is one of their best (if not the best: multiple award winning, etc.) and it pretty much explains the lyrics, which are about resilience and endurance. Karate (the martial art) actually represents these concepts. Su-metal mentioned in an interview that karate perfectly reflects this metaphor because it's the only martial art without "ukemi" (the techniques used in many martial arts to fall "properly"). 🤘🦊
