Beautiful house, the only thing I would change is in the master bath the shower opens out. However the towel or bathrobe hook is on the other side of the door. Meaning you will get out dripping onto the floor. That refrigerator is gorgeous.

For a supposed 8 million dollar house, that is one very poor kitchen. 8 million doesn't buy an integrated dishwasher? It doesn't buy handle-less drawers and cupboards? It doesn't buy waterfall edges to the island or a 2pac finish to the joinery? Yikes

99.9999% is perfect on this house! Only 1 thing I would changed, I would put a big thick double solid wood door 20ft in the front entrance! The front entrance door the glass with the little black metal bars look super small & cheap for this house!

Several interior doors are damaged and The kitchen and master suite was the Highlight. I love dark wood and lots of kitchen cabinets. I can walk around the property for exercise 🎉.

I love the kitchen 😄 and hope that joggers and walking is Safe 😂 because I already love to cook.

I love how you show the houses and label all of the rooms, I love the background music that you choose and no talking in them. I just watched a video of a house just outside Dallas before watching your video and that's how I found your channel because it was the same house and all that guy did was talk. He talked about his wife, what his wife said, what his wife did, what his wife was doing...he might as well had his wife make the video. And his video was so confusing, I didn't even get to see the whole house or the layout. When I watched your video with the same house it was done so well and professional. I didn't even see the second closet in the main bedroom in the other video. I understood the layout of the house completely. I just love love love your videos and I did subscribe!
