It was the first movie of Ghibli I've ever seen and it made an indelible impression on me. But I also love "Howl's moving castle", "Princess Mononoke", "When Marnie was there", "My neighbour Totoro" and.. it seems that all of them xD What about you? Which one do you like the most?

I'm not exactly a pro at this yet but picture yourself leaning on your head. If that doesn't make sense to you, try doing a headswipe (basically springing from your back to a baby freeze) to get the feeling of leaning on your head. I also find it important that you swing your legs hard enough, which is something even I still struggle with. I just recently started doing windmills from the standing position so I'm not in any position to give any professional advice... but the motions from your upper body AND lower body are equally important. Actually, I'd say the upper body is more important in this case because you don't exactly want to stay on your back for too long, so you should IMMEDIATELY twist your body back to a side freeze position with your head on the ground to drill yourself. Conclusion: Practice going from 1 mill to a side freeze with your head on the ground to train the upper body twist (this is probably the most important part of the advanced mills). Practice swinging your legs fully and cleanly - if it helps, try to imagine popping your legs up a little bit when you go back into the initial position to give you a little height. P.S. I find it really helpful to look at bboys who actually have their mills down perfectly e.g. Toyz. Look at tutorials such as Kaio's tutorial because that was pretty helpful to me. Predatorz also posted a pretty good windmill tutorial for extremely clean and quick no-handed mills.
