Good information and good advice! "Don't Be Afraid of Failure and Fail Fast" that's why I like working with Action Takers as I am a huge action taker myself. The faster you take action, the faster you'll get there. As I always say and believe "Time is WAY more valuable than money and anything that gets me there faster, I'm happy to pay more".

HELLO VIEWERS, I AM WRITING THIS ARTICLE FROM FRANCE. I am so happy writing this article here, I am here to talk about the wonderful and most safe cure for HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS. I searched online to know and inquire about cure for Herpes & ALS and I saw testimony on how Dr Osas cure so many people from the Herpes Virus Disease, HIV, Fibroid, Cancer, Hepatitis, etc so I decided to contact the great herbalist because I know that nature has the power to heal everything. I contacted him to know how he can help me and he told me never to worry that he will help me with the natural herbs from God! He sent me the herbal medicine through DHL, I used the medicine as he instructed me (Morning & Evening) and I was cured! it’s really like a dream but I’m so happy! That’s the reason I decided to also let many people know about this. you can also contact Dr Osas via: Email:Osad2383@gmail.com or WhatApps/Call +2349154653305___________________________

This is one of my favorite Deals for Dentists podcasts, Eric! Especially the Tulane photo...
Interesting program. Thanks. The dynamic of increase fees/loss of patients/ net revenue changes has been looked at for many years. One of the best studies was discussed in the Blair/McGill practice management newsletters years ago. The biggest takeaway was that any displacement of a full fee service by a reduced fee service was of course a net loss, but an empty chair was the still the biggest loss of all. Fixed overhead costs run 24/7. So practice capacity stats should dictate many of these choices re: reduced fee plans eg. PPO'S, Delta, Medicaid etc. As Ben said, dropping these plans as the practice grows and the chairs fill is a smart way to grow. Also consider the practice demographics. Disposable income levels, salary levels, educational levels, unemployment figures, and age/family demographics are all very important in these decisions. Some communities will shrug off a an increase while other will react to an increase very differently. Know your patient base. Eric, keep these coming.
