El proceso de producción patentado, Thermowood®, se basa en la modificación térmica gradual de la madera, en donde las propiedades químicas y físicas sufren un cambio permanente. La modificación térmica mejora las propiedades de la madera nórdica dentro de toda la pieza. Durante el proceso, la madera se trata solo con vapor y calor, no se utilizan productos químicos en ninguna etapa del proceso.
