s-bend progression
This is my s-bend progression. A few years ago I managed to do s-bend on corner of 2.0 cable, this year I learned frontroll. Now it was time for proper s-bend.
Thanks to Jacek for tips.

Spring wakeboarding 2021
Wakeboarding seasons are a neverending journey. Spring was a good warmup before the main part of this season, hopefully summer and autumn will be full of progress. This spring also brought a big comeback of my wife to wakeboarding after 3 years of break! :) Music: Ikson - Journey (ruclips.net/channel/UCyB3YiRU9OXJgIkRi-Z3wEA)

How to learn cable raley in a safe way
If you have tried to do raley on a wakeboard in cable park but could not commit to it, because you were scared or because you've had injuries from this trick, then this video is specially for you. This video was my inspiration: ruclips.net/video/FIVSUAJXCpc/видео.html
Bad editing wrecked a great place
nice vid but have no idea what means "speed:5, 6, 7 etc..".. I doubt it's 5 kmh? or 5 mph?
It is a setting on the cable controller pad. It is scaled from 0 to 10, where normal, default setting is 9,5
Amazing ! I will try to go same way tomorrow
so shit
That's more a front flip than s bend. I have the same problem. When doing an s bend you first have to straighten up in the air like on basic railey, then initiate the spin. It so hard to do though, I do the same thing, starting to spin on the release, but unfortunately that's nore a good s, neither a front
In frontroll you keep your hands in front of chest and body goes upside down almost in vertical plane. Here hands are above head and body rotates in its own axis - that is s-bend, no doubt. Check JB tutorial on frontroll.
Musisz wręcz przeciwnie wyprostować kolana i biodra albo chociaż utrzymać pozycję. Polecam film: ruclips.net/video/ImVuE3FcOzY/видео.html
Good stuff! Thx for sharing
Hey.. congrats... seems that you are moving your arms (bending and pushing upwards) right before the flick. That is causing you yo lose tension in the lines and not go upwards and have more airtime... try to hold your arms stiff and if any more pull more right before flicking ;) Let me know if goes better.. good luck
hey buddy and congratz on getting airbourne :o)) i'm curious thou, how was it when you went to a full size cable afterwards and tried? (i assume you have) did you stick the first one or did you have to "adjust" your raley to full size and speed? we have quite a few ppl in my park who all run in to the "raleyblock" after their first failed attempt and maybe this would be better to get up (usually we use "shortrope" and reduced speed on the full size to get ppl up but maybe this is a better approach)
Thanks. Honestly I've been to full size cable only twice in my life, that was last month. Cable was so low, line so long, water choppy and there were so many features that I didn't want to try Raley. I would definitely recommend to learn Raley first in 2.0 and then take it to full size.
Hey this was very helpful in going to try this switch and regular this weekend in a 2.0
Tnx very good
Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen!
@@piotrwronski6071 thx, wzajemnie!
:) thumb up
Hey Marcin, thanks for sharing. I had same problem with being afraid because had few nasty crashes last season and at the start of this season. Only now - at the end of the season - I pushed myself to try again. Started from speed 7, it was not as pretty as your attempts, had a bunch of easy crashes, but actually nailed it 2 days later at speed 8 (operator was very insistive to try at higher speed :) ). My normal speed is 10, so it was good enough for me to feel that face plants shouldn't hurt that bad as I imagined/remember. If it weren't for you, I guess I would not lower the speed, because everyone around been saying that it is way easier to land if you go faster, go figure :D and OC "how slow can you go" was not enough to convince me, because he's a pro - he could do raley with a surfboard if he wanted to :)
Hey Romas, I'm really glad it worked for you too! I think raley is a trick that can be learned in many different ways, just need to find the right one for yourself.
