I always have them banded to a pallet so no matter what the delivery site is I never have to worry about them sliding off. Learned my lesson the first time never happened again.

Caught Rainbow trout 20 + inches flyfishing and casting over this hole and stripping fast in when at full pool. Also casting to cruiser's patrolling the deeper channels stripping slow chugging up mud as they pass. Walked right up and stood at the edge the first time I saw this. Amazing location !

I was a lookout for 5 season. 4 different lookouts. I remember nights when my lookout shook from the wind. Thank God for the four wire guy lines that anchored the tower. The lightning rod on top, as well.

There seems to be SEVERAL "Lost Lake's" here in Oregon!! The one that I have always gone to is just above the Spruce Run aka Jewel/Mist area. I have friends who have gone to other "Lost Lake's" in Oregon.

Draining possibly into a larger casym underground. it'd be quite interesting to find out how long the lake has been there for and see if my therory is right , without knowing the previous or it's original size u could say, it's not a lost lake, really it's a recycling body of water feeding itself down the gurgler, then replenishing the bigger body of water so unto never actually truly disappear, just to continue it's mysterious flow, on "Mumma natures Rock watercourse" & conveyor belt

Are we sure it's not an intermittent huge underground aquifer cave that fills up at certain times of the year and thus allows the lake to fill up again and then drains again when the water level gets low?

Walking in that area, near a fresh sinkhole is an incredibly BAD idea. You realise the ground you’re standing in could just give way any second, yes?

My guess would be that it is draining into an old mine.... a lot of old mines in the area, miners stoped out minerals underground to close to the surface.

Years back I was in Florida visiting family the house I was staying at was on Sandy grounds I didn't like going to the bathroom or sleeping there I always had this feeling the ground wasn't stable 🤔

Oh and usually there is a big bonfire/party thing up there that me and my whole family go to and there’s usually close to 100 people there actually and only half of them like sleep there the other half like go back to their homes cause they probably live on the road

I live 4 miles away from there on that road and if you drive a little ways up your meat to a bridge and if you got a cross that bridge don’t be a driveway and if you go down the driveway it leads to the first White settlers House after he died mysteriously Bert down and no one knew why I am also on the way up to the Loveland house you pass by his grave and me and all my neighbors think that he actually is buried under the road because that was not the original road

I live right next to there I live 4 miles away and I little bit up there is a bridge and and drive way down to the first white settlers house but it is also Burton down and you pass is grave on your way there and everyone that lives up the road near me like my neighbor and stuff think that he’s actually buried under the road

I was doing some research and watching another show the other night and figured out where the water is actually going the water is actually going through underground volcanic tubes to another lake so many miles away they traced it using isotopes
