we have a good foundation to work with here, firstly i would work on tuning, tuning is very important and it is very easy to get out of tune when you play loudly. Secondly, intonation, it would do great benefit to practice playing the same notes at the same time, one section one sound. I would also have people covering more distance over the range and maybe some pedals. Overall there is work to be done. but it doesn't sound terrible 1: yes i know this video is 5 years old 2: if you are going to leave a comment on someones playing, give them constructive criticism.
