This video is about a 2005 Glastron 4.3 GL Volvo Penta. The background on this boat...one of my customer's got this in a trade and had another mechanic look at it. The mechanic started on it and saw water coming out of the side of the block. At this point the mechanic said, the block was cracked. It sat for 6 months in the elements with the intake manifold off, water still in the block. THIS BOAT MOTOR was DOOMED BY A BAD DIAGNOSIS. \
We take on the project and take a closer look to find that 2 freeze plugs had popped out. Likely the boat wasn't winterized properly when it was running. The expansion...

That is the best fix. Glue will separate during time.

Seeing the cars in the barn I realized how you came up with this brilliant fix. You took old 1960’s interior assembly to 2020’s to fix a common problem. HOG RINGS. Well not exactly but I bet you’ve worked with them before I know I have and totally forgot about them until this video. Thanks. Now I just need to figure out how to remove that without breaking it

Had this from sun heat on dash over all vents on my dash . 2010 68k miles . I Replacement whole new dash dealer techw/ 3 yr warranty 2k total w/ labor window tint now 20% all around and use a dash protector when outside Parked..
That's not a bad price. Do you know if the replacement was one with the same kind of issue or did they replace the material? This happened enough that they should have issued a recall in my opinion. Thanks for the info. :)
@beepbeepdeets dealership I bought 2010 challenger new from dealer & manager knows my son from h.s ordered whole new complet dash board from parts dept and tech put in one day 3 yrs warranty. $1,650 for 25% off on Dash like $ 375 for labor 4 yrs ago ..2010.now maybe much more $ . But great job was done . I tried glue did not work ? Now window tint and dash cover from sun 🌞..Best to you !

How tf did you remove the vent?? That was by far the most challenging thing and you didnt even explain 😂
Some things just need to be kept a secret 🤣
@AVagent007 I used body panel pin pliers. Inserted at angle on side of vent started to pry before squeezing pliers. Once the vent flexes I squeezed the pliers and it popped right off. DO FROM SIDE NOT TOP the clips on top are very thin (and most likely broken as mine were probably why dash lifted or dash lifting broke them.) it’s ok the side clips are robust and will hold without top clips. Just follow @Beepbeepdeets walkthrough and top clips won’t be needed

Sorry but somebody was fibbin or its a "Yenko clone". True Yenkos were made in 69 and 70. The body style on the nova in the video is a 73 or 74. The quarter window is the tell. Still a beautiful car though. Your channel is also dope! Subscribing now! ❤️❤️

@beepbeepdeets honestly I've had people constantly comment on my hair. Most of the time I made sure it's tucked underneath my shoulders for I actually took it in my bra strap and I actually have a better luck with tucking it in my bra strap than putting it in a bun
