Wish I was there to compete against him with my nunchucks. There is not that much innovation. Everyone from the same school does the same nunchuck form over and over again. Make it your own. The form of creativity should be behind the students. These movements are repetition in every tournament I've gone.

Those spinnin heal kicks are too dangerous. Should not be used for any sparring. Should only be applied for street self defense.

Theres barely any contact, none of these kicks would have effect in self defense

100% in. If you slow the video down to slowest speed, the actual bounce isn’t caught in frame, but it definitely hit inside the line. You can see the prior frame the ball is an inch off the ground and inside line, and the next frame (post bounce) the ball has still not cleared the baseline. Tough one. We all miss calls, I just try to not make a habit of calling them out unless there’s zero doubt. Like the channel. Keep up the good work.

It's sad to see what Taekwondo has become. It's more sport than self-defense. Face shields, chest protectors, no punches to the face, primarily leg kicks, score one point stoppages, etc. Truly a failure in self-defense.

Good thing this is "entertainment." Anyone who believes this would be remotely effective is an idiot.
