How long was the ride. Why do you end up spinning in around so much? It makes the footage jerky & all over the place. Seems really fun though.

I just did it 2 days ago. It was raining and cold Like pins and needles in the legs! But it was a thriller for sure. The speed and height is unmatched

I dig that guy at the start of your run I’ve zip lined there countless times with my wife. We’ve had him a few times. He doesn’t care at all, in a good way. He just goes with the flow, making sure you’re hooked up right. Anything else, he doesn’t have the energy for. Which I appreciate, it’s just you and the experience. 🙂👍🏻

I'm so grateful that I have to tools to help me cope and ease me through them. To help me feel that I'm NOT going crazy and that NO ONE has ever died from an anxiety attack, although sometimes you feel you are going to. #projectsemicolon God bless you Alex. Omgoodness I had no idea you are an ENVP with Arbonne too. Bonus... YAY!! I saw this first on Cammy's page. Maybe you could help me with some tools with my panic and talking in front of groups. I can do one on ones or even sit with 4-5 people... I can't get up in front of a group in a room. Eeeeekk. I can't speak. Thanks for sharing Alex. I too suffer with mental health challenges Generalized Anxiety and Major Depression and have since my teen years. I too share a dream that one day very soon mental health will be spoken about and treated just as physical health currently is. Great video! Thanks for your courage.
