Hi Andy and Bex , We are in Blackpool going home today and guess what ? 😂 We were in the Hounds Hill last night and we seen you guys rushing by about 6pm we didn't want to stop you because you looked like you were in a hurry going somewhere and today Saturday we were in the Lindale cafe about 12.30 and we seen Andy driving by the cafe down Lindale street 😂 Had a great time in Blackpool

I wish you were more inclusive and informed. "Accessibility" is not simply about wheelchair access, and... alarm strobes and whatever it is you think "assistance listening devices" are...?!? *I am a Deaf person* and I am also a WC user. I've cruised on Disney MULTIPLE times, on different ships. DCL does NOT offer described audio devices for DEAF/HOH folks, *described audio sets are for BLIND/VI folks* Deaf/HOH folks get open captions, or closed caption devices. Why on earth do you NOT mention ALL accessibility enhancements? There are ASL INTERPRETERS, or bed shaker alarms, TTY, Braille signage & menus, elevator accessibility buttons, the severe food allergy options on board, help for those bringing medical equipment & supplies, or O2 user support, etc... There's *an entire section of the website* outlining everything available, and it would take less than 30 minutes to read through it all to mention what's ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Why on earth pose as "experts" in "accessibility" when you're getting so much wrong, that just harms others who need ACCURATE information. The reality is, the "Wish" is an absolutely *hideous* ship for accessibility compared to the other Disney ships. It only has TWO elevator banks, not three. The elevator lines on the "Wish" are HORRENDOUS. DCL will lock off elevators for wealthy passengers (Concierge), but NOT FOR DISABLED PEOPLE. The "Wish" exists to pander to Concierge, and nobody else. Not even for the "Make-A-Wish" kids they exploited to advertise this ship. The Promanade Deck - a HUGELY IMPORTANT feature on the other ships, is chopped up with STAIRS. An "accessible" walking/running track - with STAIRS 🤣 Sure, there's one (LOCKED OFF, INACCESSIBLE) lift gathering dust on one side of the ship. Not that it will help anyone. It's chained up. The much bragged about pool "accessibility" is where, exactly? The family pool area is entirely STAIRS. The ADULT pool area is only accessible by stairs or one unmarked, hidden elevator and a blicked path. Plus the pools are all surrounded by walls. The lifts in the pools stay locked off and inaccessible for weeks, because DCL Crew have no idea how to use them. Lifeguards are "not allowed" to assist. Deck staff are busy. The resturaunts are AWFUL - FAR too overcrowded, impassible for the staff and customers. The staff DEMAND taking away customer accessibility devices. Staff hide them somewhere else, out of sight, where passenger belongings can be rifled through, stolen, damaged or "forgotten". Nice message for disabled folks, "hide your equipment - or GET OUT and starve". Who on earth thinks that Marvel resturant - with it's insane, intrusive, RUDE, excessively *LOUD*, seizure-inducing, incoherent screen and strobe filled... "show"... is part of a "good" resturant, or is at all "accessible"? People who are prone to seizures can't even have dinner 🤷 but they PAY for that dinner. Or how about the Arendale resturaunt where *the stage isn't even visible when seated*, especially for disabled folks who are shoved in the far dark corners...? (Only Concierge get to be seated close enough to see the show) The accessible cabins on the first four ships are SO MUCH NICER, larger, better designed, and they offer much better accessibility and more premium locations. NOBODY thinks the "Wish" is a great ship for disabled people, or the "best" of the Disney ships, especially with the short "go nowhere" itineraries it offers.
