same here. only 1 use, and it wont turn on anymore. Lenovo support said "I'd like to inform you that the X5 Bone Conduction Headphone is not being sold through our official shopping website. This product is not ROW (rest of the world but for China only released marketing). Any issues that you will encounter with this accessory, the support will be provided by the product reseller." think 10 times before you buy this.
